In early 2020, shortly before the onset of the global pandemic, we made the strategic decision to relaunch our window cleaning service following a period of absence from the industry. Despite the significant and unforeseen challenges that followed, we remained steadfast in our commitment, dedicating our full efforts and resources to rebuilding and expanding the business.
